Genevieve has loved astrology since she was a little girl and for more than 15 years, gave readings to everyone that she could. Since 2016, deepens her practice under the tutelage of Helga Scow Williams, an astrologer of more than 57 years. Genevieve shared The Pigeon’s Heart for the first time in 2017 to host her astrology, love of evocative imagery, and intuitive and often nonsensical writing.
Today, Genevieve is exploring a bridge between her astrological and creative practices. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Auckland in Drama.
Genevieve holds a BA in English with a Film Studies Concentration from Barnard College, Columbia University (2009), an MFA in Theatre from Sarah Lawrence College (2016), and a Masters in Creative Writing-Scriptwriting from Auckland University of Technology (2021).
She loves to sing, practice qi gong, and wake up to the ocean sky illuminated purple.
