Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Check-In, July 16th

It feels as though we’re being asked on inner, outer, and collective levels to take responsibility for who and what we are. To bring conscious awareness and accountability to choice. At the same time, such accountability is not punitive because we notice our interconnectedness, relatedness, reflections everywhere, empathy, and intrinsic spark of compassion. We are not separate, as we thought.
.
How can we stick up for the sage aloneness and lawful integrity within (Capricorn) and the soft loving innards of Cancer’s need and gift of connection, empathy, understanding, and belonging?
.
Inspired by one of my teachers, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, perhaps touching in with our loneliness can inspire compassion or the soulful capacity of Cancer. He discusses Aloneness in a positive sense that reminds me of Capricorn’s sage potential.
.
Personally, this journey includes a descent into shadows; unconscious, unwanted feelings - need (Cancer), shut down (Capricorn). In doing this, I notice the unconditional light of awareness, acceptance, and workability. Vulnerability may arise.
.
As we hold inner, outer, and collective reckonings, may we shine this unconditional light, and stay alive to vulnerability.

These twin Swan spirits can inspire us in this great witnessing of light and dark, reckoning and graceful empathy together. (see instagram image!)

Swan: I am waiting for you to come home.
Hermit: I am home.
Swan: Where are your feathers?
Hermit: Well, I guess you could wrap your neck around me.
